I. There shall be in the University a University Press called European-American University Press, which shall be devoted to the dissemination and conservation of knowledge and research in the furtherance of the aims of the advancement of education and learning.

II. The administrative and financial management of the affairs of the University Press shall be the responsibility of the Court which may prescribe Regulations for its proper functioning.

III. The University Press may contract with third parties for the production and distribution of its output.

IV. Each publication of the University Press shall bear the Seal of the University.
